Why replace your expensive valves and operators when with the proper technical knowledge and our custom fabrication ability we can repair or rebuild for a fraction of the cost. Butterfly, Plug, Check, AWWA Gate, Knife, and Pinch Valve Repair and Rebuilds
Large or Small we service ALL makes and models used in ALL Water Works Infrastructure. Our Rebuilt Service or our “Seat Injection System” may be the fix you need. Should the primary seal of a BFV fail, a secondary epoxy sealant can be strategically injected into a runner behind the seat to compensate for any seat leakage when the valve is closed. We can service your valves on site or service your old salvage removed valves at our shop.
Hydraulic Control Valves, Throttling Valves and Modulating Control Valves
We service all Hydraulic Control Valves. We also service ALL other variations of Control Valves. Including Pinch and Ball types. When you request a complete rebuild, you will receive a “like new” product in return. We completely disassemble, bead blast, paint, replace or machine all internal trim parts, flanges, etc., and use all new seals and gaskets. All our repaired/rebuilt valves are hydrostatic and seat leak tested to ANSI standards. All service comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty.
Gate Valves Refurbish & Rebuilds
MWMS can repair or refurbish your Gate, Sluice Gate, Weir Gate, and Wall Gate valves. We will inspect your valve in the field and determine if it is repairable. If so, we will disassemble the valve, remove rust and corrosion, inspect the seats for wear, replace all P-seals and glide strips, replace, or machine any parts and sometimes modify the valve to bring the valve back to life.

Manual & Motorized Valve Operators
Our Machinists are fully equipped to bore and thread stem nuts and fabricate mounting hardware. MWMS has a wide availability of new and surplus actuators and actuator components at discounted prices, including discontinued and hard-to-find parts. We can service your existing operator(s) for a fraction of the cost of replacement. All service comes with a 2 year warranty on parts and labor. We also offer STARTUP/COMMISSIONING, TRAINING and MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS.
